Welcome to Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness (“the Practice”), operated by Nicole Beck. These terms explain the purpose of this website, the boundaries of the information shared, and permitted use of the Practice’s materials.
Coaching Scope
Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness provides Christ-centered, recovery-informed coaching for adults seeking support with personal growth, wellness, habits, and purposeful next steps.
Nicole Beck is a Certified Master Mental Health Coach (CMMHC) and Certified Addiction and Recovery Coach (CARC). These coaching certifications are not licenses to practice medicine, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling.
The Practice does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Coaching does not include therapy, trauma processing, substance-use treatment, medication guidance, pastoral counseling, or crisis intervention. Coaching is not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed professional.
Educational Information and Personal Responsibility
Website content and free resources, including 7 Faithful Steps to Finding Peace, are provided for general education, reflection, and encouragement. They are not individualized medical, mental health, or treatment advice.
Visitors remain responsible for their decisions and for seeking appropriate professional care. Do not disregard professional advice, delay treatment, or change prescribed treatment because of information on this website or in a Practice resource.
Coaching and educational resources do not guarantee particular recovery, wellness, spiritual, or personal outcomes. Individual circumstances, participation, and results vary.
Emergency and Crisis Support
The Practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. Website forms, email, voicemail, and text messages are not monitored continuously. Do not wait for a reply from the Practice during a crisis.
Immediate danger or medical emergency: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
U.S. suicide or mental health crisis support: Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.
Outside the United States: Contact your local emergency number or crisis service.
Inquiries and Coaching Enrollment
Visiting this website, downloading a resource, submitting an inquiry, or participating in an introductory Clarity Call does not establish an ongoing coaching relationship or reserve a cohort place.
Paid coaching requires mutual agreement about fit, a signed Client Agreement, and completion of the applicable enrollment and payment requirements. The signed Client Agreement governs coaching services, scheduling, confidentiality, fees, cancellation, and refunds. These website terms do not replace or amend that agreement.
The Practice is a private-pay business. Payments are currently arranged through separately emailed invoices and payment links. Accepted payment methods and due dates appear on the invoice and applicable agreement. Do not submit payment-card information through website forms or email.
Communication
Website forms are for resource requests and general coaching inquiries. Please avoid submitting medical records or detailed personal health histories through these forms.
Please allow 1–2 business days for a response. Administrative communication hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time. Scheduled clarity calls and coaching sessions may be offered outside these administrative hours, including limited Saturday availability. Immediate and unscheduled after-hours responses are not provided.
Use of Materials and the Website
Unless otherwise identified, original website copy, graphics, worksheets, and resources belong to Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may download and print resources provided to you for your own personal, noncommercial use. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, do not reproduce, modify, sell, publicly distribute, or use the Practice’s materials in another program or business without written permission.
You are welcome to share a link to the website so others can request their own resources. Please contact the Practice for permission to use materials with a group.
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation.
External Resources
Links or references to outside providers and resources are offered for convenience and information. Their inclusion does not establish a professional relationship or guarantee their services, availability, or suitability. Visitors should confirm a provider’s qualifications, services, and fit directly.
The Practice does not control external websites or their content and privacy practices.
Privacy
The Practice’s Privacy Policy explains how website information, inquiries, and communication preferences are handled. Please review that policy for details about cookies, service providers, and privacy requests.
Website Updates
The Practice aims to keep website information accurate and current, but errors, interruptions, and outdated information may occur. Content and these terms may be updated as the Practice develops. The latest revision date appears above.
Changes to website content do not amend an existing signed Client Agreement.
