Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness
Last updated: September 30, 2026

Growing in Grace Coaching and Wellness (“the Practice”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit this website, request a resource, inquire about coaching, or communicate with the Practice.

Information You Provide

The Practice collects information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional questions or comments, and your choice about receiving news and updates. If you contact the Practice by phone, text, email, or mail, information you provide through those channels may also be retained.

Website forms are intended for general inquiries and resource requests. Please do not include medical records, detailed mental health or recovery histories, payment-card information, or other sensitive information. These forms are not monitored for emergencies.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

  • Deliver resources you request.

  • Respond to questions and coaching inquiries.

  • Communicate about services, scheduling, and enrollment.

  • Send occasional news, workshop announcements, or resource updates when you opt in.

  • Maintain business records, protect the website, and understand website use.

Requesting a guide or information about coaching does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website Information and Cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and referring website to operate, secure, and analyze the site.

Necessary cookies support essential website functions. Optional analytics cookies help the Practice understand how visitors use the website.

The website’s cookie banner allows you to accept or decline nonessential cookies. Squarespace’s nonessential cookies are restricted until you accept them. You can change your selection through the website’s cookie-preferences control. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from requesting the guide or submitting a coaching inquiry.

Services Used to Handle Information

The Practice uses service providers to operate the website and respond to requests:

  • Squarespace hosts the website and processes form submissions and website analytics.

  • Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets, supports email, resource delivery, and storage of form submissions and business records.

  • Square processes payments through separately emailed invoices and payment links. Payment-card details should be entered only through the payment service, never through a website inquiry form or email.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and applicable service terms. Their systems may process or store information outside your state or country.

The Practice does not sell or rent your personal information or provide your contact information to other businesses for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when legally permitted and reasonably necessary to protect safety, security, or legal rights.

Marketing Choices

Receiving news and updates is optional. You may stop marketing emails at any time by using an unsubscribe option when available or emailing nicole@growgraceco.com with your request.

Opting out of marketing does not stop replies to your inquiries or communications needed to provide services you have requested.

Information Retention and Security

Information is retained as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Coaching records are addressed separately in the Client Agreement.

The Practice uses reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no website, email service, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Requests

You may contact the Practice to ask about your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations, and identity verification may be required before information is released or changed.

Adults and External Links

The Practice’s services and website forms are intended for adults age 18 and older. The Practice does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact the Practice.

This website may link to resources or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the website or services change. The most recent version will appear on this page with an updated date.
